Head of Growth, Marketing & Business Development
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth, Marketing & Business Development to lead demand generation, brand strategy, partner development, and revenue growth for our AI-powered platform. You will be a critical member of the leadership team, owning the full customer acquisition and engagement funnel — from awareness to conversion — with a strong foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data-driven marketing execution.
This role blends strategic thinking, digital marketing leadership, and commercial drive, with the mission of delivering scalable, measurable growth across the Nordic SMB ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Demand Generation
Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across digital, social, content, and performance marketing.
Own the lead generation and conversion funnel, optimizing for CAC, CLV, and customer engagement.
Drive measurable pipeline growth using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automation, and advanced segmentation.
Marketing Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with expertise in content, automation, analytics, and branding.
Shape and refine the brand narrative, value proposition, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Partner closely with product and innovation teams to align go-to-market strategy with platform features and roadmaps.
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and develop strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities that accelerate reach and adoption.
Engage with local SMB networks, media, and community platforms to drive grassroots growth and brand trust.
Support the creation of monetization strategies, new business models, and pricing approaches.
Data & Technology
Leverage Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to build automated, insight-driven marketing programs.
Lead marketing performance analytics — translating data into strategy and action.
Your Profile:
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or business development, ideally in a SaaS, platform, or media-tech company.
Deep hands-on and strategic experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM automation, and digital marketing tools.
Proven ability to scale user acquisition, brand presence, and market engagement in B2B and B2C contexts.
Strong commercial acumen with experience developing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and partnerships.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a test-learn-scale mindset.
