We are seeking a bold and visionary Head of Innovation & AI Platform Development to lead the creation of our next-generation AI-powered platform — a product designed to deliver meaningful, measurable value to both consumers and local SMBs. Based in Stockholm, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving strategy, technology, and execution across platform development, future product concepts, and our evolving value proposition.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of product innovation, platform development, and AI strategy — turning insights into scalable solutions that empower the next wave of digital growth for local business communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Innovation

• Define and lead the innovation roadmap — aligning product, AI capabilities, and business goals.
  
  

• Translate market and customer insights into bold platform strategies and intelligent features.
  
  

• Champion a vision for local value creation — using technology to solve real problems for SMBs and their customers.
  
  

• Identify emerging technologies, trends, and strategic opportunities to drive future growth.
  
  
  

Platform & Product Development

• Architect and lead the development of a scalable, AI-first platform from MVP to full-scale rollout.
  
  

• Oversee product design and feature prioritization based on B2B and consumer needs.
  
  

• Balance rapid prototyping with long-term technical excellence, security, and performance.
  
  

• Own platform KPIs — from usage and adoption to impact and scalability.
  
  
  

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and lead a high-performing product and engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and customer obsession.
  
  

• Collaborate across functions — product, design, marketing, and business development — to ensure cohesion and shared goals.
  

• Represent technology and innovation leadership at the executive level.

Your Profile:

• Proven leadership in AI-driven product development, ideally from startup, scale-up, or platform businesses.
  
  

• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and scalable software architecture.
  
  

• Strategic mindset with a strong bias for action — able to connect technical possibilities with commercial opportunities.
  
  

• Experience building and launching digital platforms that solve real-world problems.
  
  

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  
  

• Familiarity with the Nordic SMB ecosystem is a strong plus.
